Visiting Professorship, Tunghai University, Taichung, Taiwan, Taiwan, ROC.

Since 1998, Judy has been invited as the Guest Vocal Tutor at the International Music Festival held annually at Tunghai University, Taichung, Taiwan. In 2011, however, Judy was granted a Visiting Professorship at the University, and she was resident there for two weeks. During that time she was very busy giving: 5 classes, two hours each for a total of 10 hours:

• English diction
• French diction
• Art Song
• Choral Music
• Opera workshop

• There were 3 repertoire classes, two hours each, with the students of the three voice teachers here at Tunghai

• There were 8 hours of private teaching in preparation for the May performance of Verdi’s Falstaff.

• There were 11 hours of private teaching for graduate students.
